EndNote Desktop X7 is a citation management system available to SIUC graduate students and faculty. It enables you to save, organize, and share citations. You can create bibliographies with one of over 5,000 different styles as well as insert citations into your documents as you write.

EndNote Online is a citation management tool made available through Morris Library's subscription to Web of Science. It is available to undergraduates as well as graduate students, faculty, and staff. You can sync your EndNote Online and your EndNote Desktop accounts easily. Zotero (pronounced "zoh-TAIR-oh") is a Firefox addon that collects, manages, and cites research sources. It's easy to use, lives in your web browser where you do your work, and best of all it's free. Zotero allows you to attach PDFs, notes and images to your citations, organize them into collections for different projects, and create bibliographies using Word or OpenOffice.
