CDs Accompanying Serial Subscriptions

All CDs or CD-ROMs received with journals will be given to the Collection Development Librarian for decisions, such as:

• Do not retain
• Keep only if not duplicated in print

In general, any CD or CD-ROM that is an advertisement, contains only excerpts, or is one-time usage will not be retained.

Items to be kept will be cataloged and classed monographically to allow for greater access.
